Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

If you have shared personal information with Bio Gold through Facebook, Instagram, Meta advertising, lead forms, messages, or a Meta app integration, you can request that Bio Gold delete or anonymise the personal data we control.

How to request deletion

1. Email customersupport@pinepollen.co.nz with the subject line Meta data deletion request.
2. Include the email address, name, phone number, or other details you used when interacting with Bio Gold through Meta, so we can find the matching record.
3. We will verify the request and delete or anonymise the matching personal data we control, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Removing Bio Gold from your Meta account

You can also remove an app or website connection from your Facebook account by going to Settings and privacy, then Settings, then Apps and websites, selecting the relevant Bio Gold or Meta connection, and choosing Remove.
