Refund policy

Bio Gold purchases covered by the guarantee are backed by the 365 day Good as Gold Guarantee.

The voluntary 365 day Good as Gold Guarantee applies to a customer’s first purchase of a Bio Gold product, up to one unit/bottle per product. It does not apply to repeat purchases, subscription renewals, wholesale, bulk, reseller, or unusually large quantity orders, unless agreed by Bio Gold in writing.

If you are not satisfied with an eligible purchase, email customersupport@pinepollen.co.nz within 365 days of receiving your order. Please include the email address used at checkout or your order number if you have it so the team can find your order quickly.

For eligible guarantee requests, you do not need to complete a return form, return remaining product, pay return shipping, or provide a receipt to request help under the guarantee.

Once support confirms the order details, approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible. Processing time can depend on your payment provider.

This guarantee does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
