Pine Pollen Powder

So of course I've been using BioGold Pine Pollen Powder from the start. Mainly sprinkled on my morning muesli or porridge with fruit and yoghurt. Its great! The daily pollen helps keep me energized and healthy.

I also believe it evened things out for me hormonally when I first started using pollen at the tail end of menopause in 2020.

Incredibly I'd never actually read the fine print on the label under the wee jar until two weeks ago. Good grief!?! It works on skin too...? How am I only just finding out about this hidden benefit now?

So, I give the pollen a crack on my very tender red sore bit of sun damaged skin on my right index finger. Instant pain relief! And this was a nagging dull irritated pain I didn't even realise was there until it wasn't. A miracle.

In the past two weeks I've been dabbing pollen on not only my finger sore but also on other sunspots on my face and back of my hands. The results are now starting to show. Less redness for most. And the finger lesion is much improved. I've found the pollen sticks best to the skin, when the skin itself is a little damp. So, I apply the pollen just after a shower. Or I use saliva on the skin spot with the pollen on top. Works a treat.

Ideally, I reckon the pine pollen would make an excellent topical ointment for sunspots and damaged old lady looking bits of manky skin. Obviously, all sunspots or dodgy skin needs to be checked by a dermatologist especially if painful and persistent. And I will do this shortly.

I might even mention the skin pollen miracle to my dermatologist. I'm sure he would be very curious to know more about it all.

Skin cancers are a blight for many New Zealanders, especially those of us with Celtic origins. It all helps. The sunhats, the sunscreen, the sun sense behaviours. But sometimes we slip up and sun damage of yore makes itself known. If there's a chance pine pollen can help manage this common problem. Well, that would be a miracle!

From online order thru to delivery a positive experience. Delivery was prompt and my order was well packaged. This was my first order of pine pollen and have recently placed an order for two more. Recently finished hormone therapy treatment and see the use of pine pollen as a way to get through the after effects. I feel positive enough that continuing with the pollen will give me the outcome I’m looking for.

Can't really reccomend this. For the price it's kinda snake oil. My daughter and I have tried it and found it to be very "meh". Stick with the drops.

Taking pine pollen helped balance my hormones, while going through peri menopause. Nothing was working or helping me until I started pine pollen. I feel so much better, back to bring myself. I highly recommend this to anyone struggling with menopause changes.
