One serving for men = 1 to 1.5 ml, 1-3 times per day. 5 times max.

One serving for women = 0.25 to 0.5 ml, 1-3 times per day. 5 times max.

Make sure to hold the liquid for at least 30 seconds under the tongue before swallowing. If the sensation or the taste is too intense, try half doses.

      Hi, I consider myself to be a pretty busy type of fella. I brought my 1st bottle with skepticism as everybody does. I started taking the product as recommended and felt it took a while to make any difference. At least till halfway through the bottle. My days of work and times of start and finnish can vary sometimes and when driving long distance could cause fatigue. After taking bio gold my fatigue was reduced majorly to the point of not at all. I wanted to test this. So once the 1st bottle was gone I held of for several weeks before purchasing another. Fatigue started to come back when driving and my memory was in decline and sleep also I noticed was not as good. So purchased another bottle and guess what. Half-way through I was back to firing on all cylinders again. I belive it has definitely helped me with driving fatigue, sleep, and feeling a bit more on my game. The only thing that does put me and I dare say many others is the price in comparison to similar alternatives out there. All in all there is something it does to improve one's mental capacity.
