Certainly have not felt any immediate benefits from using the product. Have used before gym and cardio workouts and no real change in energy levels. In general not feeling any uplift during the day. Perhaps I have not been on it long enough to start reaping the reported rewards.

Didn’t do anything for me.

I never really had any problems with energy levels but as a 57yo male, it’s striking the number of people telling me I look so well and so smooth and shiny ! The only difference is the bio gold, my diet is pretty clean and wholesome already
