  1. Stand

    Species and planting year

    Tree species, the year the trees were planted, and seed, clone, or genetics if known.

  2. Access

    Terrain and vehicle access

    Flatness on a 1–10 scale (1 = steep/hilly, 10 = flat) and vehicle accessibility on a 1–10 scale (1 = difficult, 10 = easy).

  3. History

    Sprays, treatments, pruning

    Describe any sprays or treatments since planting, and any pruning done or planned.

  4. Extra

    Stems and row space

    Stems per hectare if known, plus approximate distance between rows, ground cover, weeds, fallen trees, and any clearing done.
