Discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any subscription model. 

​Returns​

We know you'll love our pine pollen just as much as we do. In fact, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, or if goods are faulty we will and offer a full replacement or equivalent store credit for the full purchase amount provided proof of purchase. Any returns need to be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Costs of shipping the product back to us will be paid for by the customer. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods means any damage to the product upon receiving your order. It does not include a change in mind. Credit Card Information

​Identity and credit card information is not collected via the website. If we have your credit card information then it is because you gave it to us. We will not share your credit card information with anyone other than our partners and merchant account providers as needed to process your credit card. This effectively prevents anyone from intercepting and reading your personal information. Note that encryption does not take place if you send us an email, but only when you use your web browser.
