While Bio Gold has been beneficial for many, we recognise that it may not work the same way for everyone. It's important to note that results can be influenced by various factors, including individual health conditions and lifestyles.

If you wish to initiate a product return for a refund, please complete this return form and send the remaining product back to us within 365 days from the date of when you received the product. Your returned product should be sent to Bio Gold, PO Box 517, Whakatane 3158We recommend using a trackable courier service for the return; however, please note that Bio Gold will not cover the return shipping costs.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. This can take up to 10 days depending on which method of payment you have used. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Refunds are available on only one bottle or jar of product type per customer. This means that you can receive a refund for either our liquid drops (30ml, 50ml, 100ml, or 250ml) or our pollen jar, but not on multiple sizes or bottles/jars of the same product. Once you’ve used our refund policy for a specific product type, we will not be able to process another refund for that product type, even if purchased at a later date. This ensures fairness and helps maintain the integrity of our refund system.

Purchased through a stockist?

If you purchased your Bio Gold product from one of our stockists, please reach out to them directly for any support with returns or exchanges. As the transaction wasn’t processed through our website, we're unable to manage the return ourselves - but they’ll be happy to help.
