New Zealand shop orders
Retail checkout ships within New Zealand by Courier Post. Urban delivery is typically 1–3 business days, with rural addresses allowing 1–2 more. That policy is not the export position.

Confirmed case by case
Destination-market rules, documents, claims, and logistics are agreed per enquiry. Do not reuse New Zealand retail copy, reviews, or supplement framing unchanged in another country.

No. Claims, labels, import documents, advertising, reviews, and supplement classification have to be checked for the target market before launch. Confirm the exact format, pack size, minimum, lead time, ingredient statement, and available documentation before you quote Bio Gold commercially.

The 365-day Good as Gold Guarantee covers an eligible first retail purchase, up to one unit per product. It does not apply to wholesale, bulk, reseller, or unusually large quantity orders unless Bio Gold agrees in writing. See the Refund policy for the official wording.
