I was a sceptic. I didn’t believe it would work and was ready to call it a waste of time after the first bottle. But I tried it anyway. I’m glad I did. It bloody works ! I used to get tired at 2:00pm and have a doze on the couch for 1/2 hour sometimes even an hour during work days. Not ideal. I no longer feel that need. More energy, more motivation, sharper. I sleep less and have even noticed an increase in libido, which is a bonus. It does what they say it will do. To sum it up, at 52 I feel 42 again.
3rd bottle now and I’ll continue without hesitation. Thinking about it? Do it.

Like a lot of us online, I have seen the hype, the ads etc and probably know someone who has tried it and recommended Bio Gold. I decided to give it a go as I am now in my 60's and would welcome boast to my general health. I'm on to my second bottle now and dosing myself 2-3 times a day and I usually have a nap for an hour in the day to charge me up for afternoon and evening which has become a bit of a routine. Now I am finding that I don't need the nap to power on through the afternoon & evening and the only change in my routine is the use of Bio Gold.

Definitely gives me an edge during a workout helps with endurance and energy levels compared to not taking it.
