After 3 days of nothing, I noticed from day 4 onwards my usual afternoon fatigue was gone, and I was sleeping more deeply. However, after completing a small bottle, I have noticed no other advertised benefits eg I'm not anymore enthusiastic about my workouts - they're still a grind. It didn't work as a pre-workout lift. I'll go a few days without, now, to test whether my improved afternoon energy levels was causation [thanks to biogold] or corrolation [I just happened to feel and sleep better when trying your product.] If my afternoon energy slumps return, I'll certainly give your product another go.

The droppers don't have enough suction to withdraw product, and only hold whatever depth is left in the bottle. Which gets annoying towards the end.
I am on my second bottle and this one seems worse, the gold cap looks a bit tacky/cheap. I think more of a pharmaceutical style medicine dropper would be better.
I might go and buy one from the pharmacy instead of swigging from the bottle.
Otherwise the product seems effective and tasty !

It's working for me especially
before I work out. I feel more focused and alert especially at work.

It works.. At first i was disappointed but i found it takes a week to kick in.
