It’s taken a week to kick in, but I have to say I’m definitely feeling more alive, I seem to be happier which is a pleasant surprise since the passing of my beautiful wife just over two years ago. So it will be interesting to see how I feel next month or so…..

I’ve been a regular runner and gym member for years. As I aged I just accepted my energy levels would drop. A 3k run started to feel hard. Since using Bio Gold I’m running 8k and feeling strong at the end. No longer needing a nap after exercise.

Excellent product, I have been using this for about one month, love it. Here’s the thing, I cannot put my finger on what it does but I just feel better, I gym better, sleep better, more energy and my overall mood is much better. Kapai!

Tried this when it came out for a month and wasn’t sure if it had the desired effect but at the same time had noticed a small change in vitality but ran out and wasn’t sure . I waited about six weeks and felt I needed to try again, so purchased the bigger bottle and have been taking for around three weeks at three times a day . I’m noticing now a considerable difference for the better with my vitality and all round feelings of wellbeing. I will continue with this as at 67 year’s young I feel this is well worth it .

Have been using this for around 3 months now. This isn’t a fast and furious, sugar hit type of product; it has a deeper impact and builds up over time, but all off a sudden you’ll realise how much better you’re feeling. The fog and fatigue are gone and your energy levels start higher and hold on longer throughout the day. Definitely a change maker for me.
