just finished the 30ml bottle . As i travel a lot ,i found this gives me a pick up , I take fist thing in the morning and if have a busy night i will take again around 5pm . At 63y old and still teaching martial arts, i find this keeps me alert .

I noticed a lift in energy within 2 days of taking Bio Gold, however I am allergic to pine pollen when it blows around and I never thought about that when I ordered the Bio Gold. I am not sure whether its pollen outdoors or the Bio Gold
