I cannot belive how rapid the shift in my mindset and endurance has happend in the 3 weeks i have taking Biogold.
I am self employed and 68 years of age doing landscaping, outdoor construction etc.
I cannot recommend Biogold highly enough it is easy to take and the taste sensation is very palatable and I aim to keep it under my tounge for at least 2mins.
I have a small bottle in my ute and also one in my running hydration pack while training for Ironman. The effect is quite rapid after taking the drops. Am hooked. Cheers. Mike.

Almost at the end of my first bottle, (1 month) I can't honestly say the results are spectacular, but definitely feeling better, don't need the little blue pills as much that's for sure!
I intend trying another month see how it goes
